We design parks, trails, and master plansand approach every project with a focus on stormwater management and sustainability. Our collaborative, dedicated team works in a family-friendly, business-casual environment in downtown Eugene. The salary for an Entry-Level Civil Designer is $76,000. Performance-based bonuses are also available in each Reporting Center.
