About the Role :

As an Underwriter, you’ll play a key role in evaluating loan applications, assessing risk, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. You’ll work closely with our processing and funding teams to ensure an efficient and positive lending experience for every customer.

What You’ll Do :

Review and verify loan applications and supporting documents

Analyze risk and determine loan eligibility

Approve or decline applications based on established criteria

Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding loan conditions or additional documentation

Ensure all decisions meet compliance and quality standards

Maintain detailed and accurate records of underwriting decisions

What We’re Looking For :

High school diploma or GED required

Experience in loan underwriting or a related financial field a plus

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong analytical and communication abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Schedule : Monday–Friday, with three available shifts : 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m., 9 : 00 a.m. – 6 : 00p.m., and 10 : 00 a.m. - 7 : 00 p.m.

Location : Austin, TX 78728 (must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting)
