Overview :

Responsible for providing comprehensive work place medical and / or wellness services, which may include patient triage / evaluation / referral into the health care system, phlebotomy, immunization administration, BLS instruction, hearing testing and other testing / duties as company-specific / contracted needs arise per OSHA guidelines. May require supervision of HRA team members as well as oversight and implementation of program-specific policy and procedures. Requires ongoing up to date knowledge of OSHA guidelines, workmans Compensation laws and FMLA guidelines. Wellness and medical background and skills essential.

Qualifications :

• Education : Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure : Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and / or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Experience : Minimum three years clinical experience.
• Certifications : Must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within their probation period.
