Associate - Mergers & Acquisitions

$150K Base + $50K+ Bonus (Please apply if you are reasonably beyond this level)

BWI Corridor / Howard County - In Office

  • Perfect Role for Top-10 CPA Firm Transaction Advisory Senior or Manager OR 2-3 Year Investment Banker who wants to do Private Equity Deals

This boutique advisory firm executes large private equity deals with an extremely high close rate.

The Associate will enjoy the opportunity to work daily with an investment team that is derived of Top 10 MBA's & Bankers from Top Wall-Street firms.

The advisory has built a track for Associates to land with clients as operating company CFO's after 2-3 years of proven success! Expect generous compensation packages w / equity components when you earn your right of passage! These are big jobs in large companies!!

If your eye is on the prize from a career perspective and you wish to position yourself as a major future executive, this type of opportunity does not come around frequently. I will be able to share multiple examples of candidates who have successfully completed the Associate track with this advisory and their current CFO stories!

Preferred Background :

  • Top-10 CPA Firm Transaction Advisory Senior or Manager, OR
  • 2-3 Year Investment Banker who wants to do Private Equity Deals and Ultimately Run a Company
  • CPA, CFA, MBA or similar credentials are always nice to separate yourself from the pack
