Responsibilities :

• Plan, organize, direct, and manage daily operations to surpass customer expectations.
• Provide direct supervision to production floor personnel.
• Boost production output, asset capacity, and operational flexibility while controlling costs and upholding quality standards.
• Oversee production performance, product quality, and on-time delivery.
• Allocate resources strategically and leverage manpower, facilities, equipment, materials, and processes for optimal results.
• Guide operations to ensure adherence to plant policies and procedures.
• Gather and analyze data to identify inefficiencies, overtime trends, and opportunities for fact-based problem solving.
• Conduct performance assessments for employees.
• Promote and enforce plant safety standards.
• Develop systems and processes to track and improve productivity, performance metrics, and asset utilization.
• Execute strategies aligned with organizational initiatives and offer clear direction and focus.
• Continuously monitor operations and initiate corrective actions when needed.
• Foster trust within the team and recruit, lead, and develop plant personnel.
• Build strong working relationships with other department leaders to coordinate purchasing, production, and shipping.
• Address employee concerns or grievances promptly.
• Stay current with modern production management practices and industry concepts.
• Other duties as assigned.
