Investigation Adjuster Consultant

A company is looking for a SIU Special Investigation Unit - Investigation Adjuster Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough investigations, including background checks and scene inspections

Summarize documents and maintain accurate claim files with notes and evaluations

Review investigation findings to determine if fraud denial is warranted

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of auto insurance claim handling experience

Ability to work across all U.S. time zones

Experience conducting recorded interviews and witness statements

Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload while handling complex claims

Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
