Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented software engineers.
• Conduct regular 1 : 1 meetings and performance reviews.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, etc.) to define and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams working remotely
• Ensure the team meets deadlines and delivers high-quality work
• Provide technical direction and guidance in the architecture and design of software applications.
• Conduct code reviews, and drive best practices in coding, architecture, and design.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate modern technologies and tools into the development process.
• Improve engineering processes to ensure efficient workflows and a productive development environment.
• Encourage the adoption of Agile or other methodologies to improve team collaboration and productivity.
• Participate in the recruitment process, identifying top talent and ensuring a strong engineering team.
• Drive learning and development opportunities for team members, supporting career progression and skill enhancement.
