The Bathroom Attendant plays an important role in supporting a clean, organized, and welcoming restroom environment. This position enhances the overall guest experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and attentiveness while ensuring restroom areas remain safe and fully stocked.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and offer courteous assistance.
• Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor.
• Address guest requests and escalate concerns to management.
• Keep restrooms clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
• Follow health, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Replenish restroom supplies frequently.
• Help manage guest flow during busy periods.
• Provide directions or basic venue information to guests.
• Support restroom needs during special events and peak hours.
