Nature of Work Serves customers by installing and servicing plumbing systems and products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and complete all necessary steps in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot malfunctions, interruptions, and failures of plumbing equipment
- Adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction from start to finished product
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations / briefings
- Respond to emergency service requests
- Communicate in a professional manner with employees and customers
- Produce detailed service reports and time entry daily
- Operate and maintain an organized and well-inventoried vehicle
- Adhere to current plumbing rules, regulations, and codes
- Proper use of tools and equipment
- Provide documentation including processes, daily logs, etc. as required for assigned projects
- Travel to jobs within service area and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are promptly communicated
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Promote the company safety culture and safety awareness throughout the company, projects, or office
- Maintain a satisfactory driving record which, per Company's vehicle policy, allows operation of a vehicle for business purposes
- Exercise initiative or, as directed, perform additional duties to meet the needs of the organization

3 years or more of plumbing technical and trade experience.Education
Minimum of high school diploma or GEDPhysical Demands and Working Environment
