Role Description
The Wellness Lead at Heinen’s serves as a trusted resource and advocates for customers seeking guidance on their health and wellness journeys. With a genuine passion for wellbeing, this individual provides expert customer service, product recommendations, and personalized consultations. Heinen’s supports the continued growth of the Wellness Lead through ongoing training and nutrition education led by the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Registered Dietitian to ensure alignment with the company’s health and wellness philosophy.
The Wellness Lead is responsible for engaging with customers, maintaining the Wellness Resource Center, and executing merchandising and inventory control to support department success.
