[job_card.job_description]Minimum of 1 year of work experience REQUIRED State or National Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS). Previous experience in a correctional facility or similar setting is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Facilitate group and individual recreational therapy sessions. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care. Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, including safety and confidentiality protocols. Job Description
Location : Lancaster, CA
Contract Length : 24 Weeks - Option to extend
Schedule : Full-Time ONLY Monday-Friday schedule, 8 or 10 hour shifts available
Compensation :
- Weekly Travel Contract : $2,600 weekly. (Hourly + Travel Stipend)
- Local Contract : $61.33 per hour
