A company is looking for an HR Benefits Analyst I.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide responsive support for internal inquiries on employee benefits plans and programs
Process and audit employee transactions and data requests related to benefits
Participate in project teams for annual open enrollment and benefit / vendor implementations
Required Qualifications :
High School Diploma is required
1-3 years of internal HR benefits experience is required
1 year of experience working with Excel, including knowledge of formulas like VLOOKUP and Pivot tables
Experience handling claims escalations for employee benefits work
Understanding of HRIS systems; Workday experience is preferred
