What We're Looking For

We seek licensed psychotherapists who thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about comprehensive client care. You'll join a supportive team of 28 professionals dedicated to treating the whole person, not just symptoms.

  • Independent yet collaborative working style
  • Specialty area of expertise or strong interest in developing one
  • Comfort with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to high-quality, culturally competent care
  • Enthusiasm for integrated treatment approaches

    • What You'll Do

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy in a supportive team environment
  • Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team for comprehensive client care
  • Maintain a caseload with a minimum of 14 clients per week
  • Participate in case consultations and team meetings
  • Contribute to our mission of accessible, stigma-free mental health care

    • Requirements

    Education & Licensing :

  • Master's or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Licensed providers : Current Colorado licensure (LMFT, LPC, Ph.D., or Psy.D.)
  • Willingness to work regular evening and / or weekend hours

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with electronic health records
  • Specialty training or certifications
  • Previous group practice experience

    • Essential Skills :

  • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and assessment abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to timely documentation
  • Flexibility and positive attitude toward change
