State Licensed Nursing Student Success Lead

A company is looking for a Regional Nursing Student Success Lead with an MSN degree.

Key Responsibilities :

Applies evidence-based teaching strategies to enhance student and faculty readiness for effective test-taking

Coordinates and delivers educational content to foster clinical reasoning and judgment among students and faculty

Develops and updates resources for NCLEX preparation and collaborates with campus teams to address specific educational needs

Required Qualifications :

Master's degree in nursing

Current, unencumbered RN license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice

Strong understanding of clinical reasoning and Socratic questioning

Experience in teamwork and collaboration within an educational setting

Knowledge of adult learning theory and evidence-based teaching strategies
