Starting from Santa Ana, CA, you’ll head to client sites across Southern California to keep critical equipment running. One visit might be a new installation that you wire, configure, and test; the next could be a fast-paced diagnostic to get a system back online. You’ll communicate clearly with customers, capture accurate service notes, and coordinate with teammates to ensure every visit ends with a confident, working solution.

Core responsibilities

• Install, commission, and verify performance of client equipment and related systems on-site.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to reduce downtime.
• Deliver responsive, professional customer support and address questions in real time.
• Record service actions, parts used, and outcomes with precise, timely documentation.
• Partner with peers and cross-functional teams to enhance service quality and speed.
• Continuously build technical know-how and track industry updates and best practices.
• Follow safety standards and company procedures at every job site.
