EHS Administrator for the Student Success, Engagement and Graduation Intervention Program (In person program))

Qualifications :

• Program implementation may require faculty and staff to serve in an in-person capacity. Details will be provided upon any offer of hire to which candidates may assess their availability and / or interest.
• Must be a current employee of the Paterson Public Schools.
• Appropriate NJ Supervisor or Administrative Certificate.
• Prior Experience Preferred.
• Experience working with High School Students.
• Computer literate with ability to maintain and update relevant student data (e.g. enrollment attendance student achievement grades) and access / respond to email.
• Must be proficient in Google Suite Applications.
• Be committed to developing thorough knowledge of the online credit recovery program features as needed for program monitoring and support.
• Ability and willingness to demonstrate ongoing commitment to credit recovery goals by routinely monitoring & analyzing student data providing timely student progress reports and communicating with students parents guidance counselors principals and other administrators.
• Plan and implement program sessions.
• Excellent organizational and record keeping skills inclusive of management of payroll and other program-related records.
• Must be able to work the entire length of the program.
• Excellent interpersonal skills integrity and good moral character.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing with students teachers administrative staff parents and community.
• Experience utilizing the schools software platform strongly preferred.
• Emphasize social-emotional learning behavior with a focus on student well-being.
