PACU Nursing Manager (Bronx)

Nurse Manager PACU / Surgery

Were seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Manager to lead our Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) and Surgery Center teams at Childrens Hospital at Montefiore (CHAM) . This is an exciting opportunity to guide clinical excellence, drive performance outcomes, and support a culture of compassionate, high-quality patient care .

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the PACU and Surgery Center, ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director of Nursing to achieve departmental goals and quality initiatives.
• Uphold nursing standards as defined by the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics and Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice.
• Lead and mentor staff, promoting professional growth and teamwork.
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and quality initiatives.
• Support hospital mission, vision, and performance measures.

Qualifications :

Location : 3415 Bainbridge Avenue, Bronx, NY 10467

Work Hours : 12 PM-8 PM, Mon-Fri

Salary : $160,000.00-$195,000.00
