The Opportunity

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist at the Manager level to support our teams in the US, Canada, and Costa Rica. This role, based in Bellevue, will play a key part in shaping employee experiences, supporting people leaders, and enabling our culture of performance, inclusion, and well-being.

You'll be the go-to People partner for employees and managers in these regions - proactive, solutions-focused, and deeply human in your approach.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnership & Employee Experience

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders and employees across the US, Canada, and Costa Rica
• Drive employee engagement, development, and retention through proactive interventions
• Coach managers on org health, team dynamics, performance, and talent development
• Partner with global HR COEs (Talent Acquisition, Talent Operations, Total Rewards, Talent Development) to align on local needs
