Job Summary
The Line Cook position prepared and cooks food using techniques and procedures established by the Executive Chef and delivers product on a timely basis. To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies : Attendance, punctuality and dependability; adaptability; professionalism; initiative, planning / organizing ; teamwork, ethics customer service and, safety and security.
