Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location : Las Vegas, NV or Irvine, CA

Reports To : Sales Development Rep Manager

Super Color Digital is a leader in large format printing and signage company that produces unique visual experiences for today’s top brands and organizations. We provide our clients with 100% turnkey solutions for their printing and fabrication projects including lightboxes, large format banners, displays, building wraps, and more.

With locations in Irvine, CA and Las Vegas, NV, we believe great things start with great conversations. That’s why we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who’s ready to take the lead in creating new business opportunities and driving top-of-funnel activity.

As the first point of contact with potential customers, you’ll play a critical role in growing our client base. You’ll identify high-potential prospects, spark meaningful conversations, and set up qualified meetings with our account executives. What You’ll Do

Represent Super Color Digital’s products and services with confidence, using your knowledge of the industry and client needs to create real value

Generate and qualify leads through a mix of calls, email outreach, and social media

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and collaborate closely with account executives to move opportunities forward

Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and meetings with qualified prospects

Consistently report on your outreach activity and progress against goals

Help refine our lead generation playbook by identifying what works and what doesn’t

Adapt to a fast-paced environment with coachability, agility, and resilience.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

1+ years of experience of inside sales or sales development, with a history of exceeding targets

Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal

Confidence on the phone and in navigating conversations with decision-makers

A proactive, self-starter mindset with excellent time management

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

Comfortable using CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.

Bonus Points

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)

5+ years of relevant experience in sales development or inside sales

Experience with ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lead 411, or similar lead databases.

A genuine interest in creative marketing, color printing, events, or visual solutions
