[job_card.job_description]Provide clerical and office support for the maintenance department. Assist with full maintenance inventory management, ordering parts, scheduling / entering Preventative Maintenance (PMs), completing PMs, organizational task, etc. Complete tasks in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Train and learn how to complete lite repair work within the facility, maintain and perform preventive / predictive maintenance tasks. Skills Required : Intermediate math skills, Computer skills, Tablet / iPad skills, Microsoft Office Suite (required); Navision Software experience (preferred). Accounting skills a plus. Qualifications : High school diploma (or equivalent); basic maintenance knowledge and customer service skills including telephone. 2+ years experience utilizing hand tools in a mechanically related position. 1+ year experience in an administrative or purchasing position. Typing, sitting, walking, frequent lifting (up to 50lbs), bending, twisting, climbing, and frequent standing. Primarily in a bakery manufacturing setting, office setting.

Your Role as a Maintenance Apprentice :
