DeepAware AI (YC S25) is building secure, efficient, and autonomous infrastructure for the AI era. As a Robotics Engineer , you’ll develop and integrate autonomous systems that enable 24 / 7 inspections, cable swaps, and maintenance in large-scale data centers. Your work will bridge the gap between physical robotics and our AI-powered Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) platform — creating the “robotic hands” for next-gen AI infrastructure.

Base pay range

$120,000.00 / yr - $165,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Design robotic manipulation and navigation systems optimized for constrained, high-density environments
• Integrate vision systems for automated inspections and anomaly detection
• Collaborate with AI / ML engineers to connect robotics control with real-time DCIM data pipelines
• Prototype, test, and refine robotic hardware / software at pilot deployment sites
• Ensure reliability, safety, and scalability of robotics solutions for continuous operations
