The Vice President of Safety is responsible for the company-wide safety vision and championing a culture of safety ownership.

Job Description

Develop and implement safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Provide leadership and guidance to the safety team and ensure a culture of safety across all levels of the organization. Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments on construction sites. Collaborate with project teams to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate preventive measures. Deliver training sessions and workshops to promote safety awareness among employees. Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions. Maintain detailed records of safety incidents and compliance documentation. Stay updated on industry safety regulations and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant
