The Supply Chain function is essential to Tropicana Brand Group's success by enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. By improving warehouse operations, optimizing transportation routes, and refining inventory management practices, the team plays a critical role in streamlining processes. Collaborating with other departments to align strategies, the Supply Chain team ensures that Tropicana meets customer demands while maintaining a high standard of performance and cost-effectiveness. Through their efforts, they contribute to both short-term achievements and long-term growth.

Your Next Pour : The Opportunity

We are looking to add a Transportation Analyst to our Transportation team. This role will be responsible for optimizing the company's transportation operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for monitoring carrier performance, ensuring cost-effective freight solutions, validating transportation data, and supporting day-to-day execution of the transportation network to meet on-time and in-full delivery targets. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Additional responsibilities include :

• Develop and maintain transportation performance reports to support decision-making through daily, weekly, and monthly KPI tracking.
• Conduct data analysis and ad hoc reporting to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in transportation planning and execution, including load planning, carrier selection, and shipment tracking.
• Manage carrier and vendor relationships, supporting RFP processes, monitoring compliance, and resolving service issues.
• Ensure data accuracy in transportation systems (e.g., TMS) to maintain reliable operational and financial insights.
• Drive process improvements and support system enhancements to optimize transportation efficiency and customer satisfaction.
