We’re seeking a Program Specialist to play a key role in keeping our agency’s internal operations running smoothly. In this position, you’ll be the bridge between staff, participants, and program requirements—ensuring services are delivered accurately, on time, and with care.

What You’ll Do

Review and update participant service plans (ISPs) and distribute them to staff.

Train and support team members on program goals, objectives, and service expectations.

Create, review, and track daily encounter forms for services, goals, and outcomes.

Ensure forms are accurate, complete, and submitted on time—following up as needed.

Communicate regularly with staff and coordinators to align efforts and resolve issues.

Maintain organized records of staff assignments, participant services, and hours worked.

What We’re Looking For

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to accurately review forms and documents.

Comfort with email and digital submissions (fax / mail when necessary).

Experience in human services, social work, or a related field is a plus, but not required.

A collaborative mindset and the ability to hold others accountable to program standards.
