[job_card.job_description]Patient Demographics : Adults with cancer diagnoses Patient Volume / Census : To be determined; shared with 1 physician and 1 APP Case Mix : General medical oncology and hematology On-Site Services : - Laboratory - Imaging (CT, PET, X-Ray, Ultrasound) - On-site Pharmacy - Infusion Services - Radiation Oncology Support Staff Available : 1 Physician and 1 Advanced Practice Provider Hospital Privileges Required : Yes Salary : Competitive base salary plus production bonus Bonuses : Sign-on bonus included Relocation : Assistance provided Insurance : - Professional Liability Insurance - Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance Retirement Plan : Included REQUIRED PROCEDURES Diagnosis and management of cancer and hematologic disorders Administration of chemotherapy and other systemic therapies Coordination with infusion and radiation oncology teams Licenses : Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain) Certifications : Board Certified / Board Eligible in Medical Oncology Experience : Preferred but open to new graduates Other Qualifications : - Excellent multidisciplinary collaboration skills - Commitment to compassionate and evidence-based cancer care Provide outpatient and inpatient oncology services Collaborate with infusion, radiation, pharmacy, and imaging teams Participate in call rotation (1 : 4) Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives in cancer care Contribute to program growth and community outreach at Baxter Health
