We are seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Compliance Manager to oversee and implement workplace safety and environmental compliance programs at a manufacturing facility. This role will drive strategic initiatives while ensuring regulatory adherence across all operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive safety and environmental compliance strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Implement and maintain management systems for regulatory compliance with emphasis on preventing serious incidents
- Collaborate with facility leadership team to foster a strong safety culture and clearly define responsibilities
- Oversee critical environmental compliance programs including air, waste, and water management
- Lead safety-focused capital projects and manage digital compliance tracking systems
