New Hampshire Licensed Operations Supervisor

A company is looking for an Operations Supervisor responsible for overseeing Medicaid long-term care financial eligibility case reviews and application assistance services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide operational supervision of a remote team, including workload assignment and performance oversight

Manage end-to-end case processing to ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations

Conduct quality assurance reviews and monitor productivity and quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience supervising eligibility staff or conducting eligibility determinations

Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, public health, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience

Ability to develop knowledge of New Hampshire's Medicaid long-term care financial eligibility criteria

Experience leading program quality assurance and identifying training needs

Familiarity with Medicaid LTC eligibility regulations and relevant state and federal laws preferred
