A company is looking for a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound inquiries to understand customer needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions

Consistently meet or exceed sales goals by building strong relationships and applying effective sales techniques

Communicate the benefits of insurance offerings and guide customers through the sales process

Required Qualifications

At least 6 months of P&C insurance experience in a fast-paced sales environment

Active P&C licensure within the current state of residence

Proven track record as a closer with strong negotiation skills

Self-motivated with a results-oriented focus

Bilingual (Spanish speaking preferred)
