Work start and end time : 7 : 30 until 5 and some on-call

Pay Scale : hourly rate of $30.00 to $49.00 per hour DOE + benefits + Commissions + spiffs

Service Tech Position Summary : To provide diagnosis and repairs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards while providing the customer with a high quality experience. Assist with training Service Technicians. Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory and retail pricing. Develop training programs for the service department as needed and directed.
