Objective
To provide operational support to the BDR organization in relation to quota setting, quarterly planning and operational alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
BDR Forecasting, Planning, and Quota Setting
- Lead the development and maintenance of BDR performance forecasts and pipeline contribution models.
- Design and refine quota-setting methodologies in alignment with GTM goals.
- Deliver ongoing reporting and analysis of BDR attainment, pacing, and performance against plan.
Capacity Planning Support
Partner with business leaders to define BDR staffing needs based on pipeline targets, productivity benchmarks, and regional growth strategies.Maintain and iterate on BDR capacity models to inform headcount planning cycles and budgetary requirements.Provide hiring and ramp recommendations to meet current and future coverage needs.Cross-Functional Alignment
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders to ensure unified GTM planning and execution.Integrate BDR planning with broader Sales & Marketing annual planning cycles.Represent BDR Operations in GTM strategy discussions and quarterly business reviews.Deliverables
