As a community-based caregiver, you will provide companionship and support in group settings, assist with personal care as needed, help with activities and tasks in various community environments, assist in social and group settings, facilitate skill-building activities, and take clients on outings. Our clients have goals and aspirations tailored to their individual needs, and we are there to enrich their lives through community integration. Applicants must be able to transport clients within the community.
