About the Role:

  • Join our team as an API Developer/Engineer and play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining the APIs that power our products and services.
  • You will work on creating efficient, secure, and well-documented APIs that enable seamless integration between our services and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs Implement API security best practices, including authentication and authorization Create comprehensive API documentation and usage examples Build and optimize database queries and data models Develop and maintain integration points with third-party services Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues Monitor API performance and implement improvements Collaborate with stakeholders to understand API requirements Requirements: 3+ years of experience in API development Proficiency in API design and development (REST, GraphQL, SOAP) Strong knowledge of backend languages (Python, Java, Node.js, etc.) Experience with API documentation tools (Swagger, OpenAPI, etc.) Understanding of API security principles and best practices Familiarity with microservices architecture Knowledge of database design and optimization Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset Powered by JazzHR
