Emerald Crest of Minnetonka is hiring dedicated Caregivers (CNA / HHA / PCA) to join our team who care for memory care residents in home-like settings. As a Caregiver, you will provide person-centered care to our residents, supporting them with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as showering / bathing, shampooing of hair and medication administration while promoting dignity, independence and well-being. Position Type : Part-Time

Available Shifts (including every other weekend) : Evenings (PM) 3 : 00pm to 11 : 00pm Days (AM) 7 : 00am to 3 : 00pm

Caregiver Responsibilities :

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following : shampooing of hair, assist with showering / bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.
• Aide in programming and activities with residents.
• Monitor the safety and wellbeing of our residents.
• Prepare meals.
• Light housekeeping
• Perform other duties as assigned.
