As a Customer Service Representative, you will help TurboTax customers by answering their questions concerning TurboTax products and tax return software. Most of these questions concern Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing and very basic Tax questions. We’ll give you amazing continuous support for everything.

$5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost : Enjoy the bonus from April 9th through 15th with unlimited hours available, must work a minimum of 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th to qualify

Certification takes place over 3 days

You'll be assigned an SME (Subject Matter Expert) who will support you during live calls. Plus Support an (MPS) Marketplace Performance Specialist as your advocate
