Our Commerce Engineering Program Management team works to enable subscriptions, promotions and much more across Apple's Services for hundreds of millions of customers worldwide. We are looking for a seasoned EPM with the ability to ship complex and customer-facing products using Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI (GenAI) under demanding timelines. In this role you will manage AIML based intelligence programs across our services, working cross-functionally to deliver commerce features to our customers on time and with quality. The Program Manager will focus on launching commerce features and capabilities using AIML to build a world-class, scalable commerce platform for our growing services business. The role requires a combination of program management, strong engineering background, and ability to build reciprocal relationships across various teams within Apple Services Engineering and other Apple organizations. We are looking for someone who loves digging into details, finding patterns, and driving operational efficiencies under demanding timeframes.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 7+ years technical program management experience delivering large, global products and services using AIML
• Exposure to growing and retaining subscribers for consumer facing media services
• Strong technology foundation with experience delivering products spanning client and server development
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, PMP or similar certification, and / or deep relevant industry experience preferred.
