Join our dynamic team as a Client Services Representative! We are looking for enthusiastic applicants with outstanding customer service abilities, a strong desire to learn, and a positive team-oriented attitude. In this role, you will assist Union members by making appointments and providing information about their benefits.

We offer flexibility with options to work either on-site or remotely. Our commitment to your professional growth ensures that you can take on new responsibilities and enhance your skills.

Remote Work Available (California Residents Only)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Union members.
  • Make appointments and follow up with inquiries about benefits.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.

Requirements :

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Previous customer service and sales experience is an advantage.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Personable demeanor comfortable with daily customer interactions.
  • Willingness to engage in professional development.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
  • Experience in customer service or client relations.
