JacobiMedical Center is a 457-bed, Level I TraumaCenterand NorthCentralBronx Hospital (NCB)has 213 licensed beds.To this day, Jacobiand NCBremainrespected leadersin emergency medicine, trauma surgery, burn care,pediatrics, primary care, and women's health.

• Join a top-tier Emergency Medicine faculty team at Jacobi Medical Center, affiliated with Albert Einstein College of Medicine

• Affiliated with the AECOM, Jacobi EM is a main teaching site for one of the premiere Emergency Medicine residency training programs in the country, with 84 total EM residents over 4 years.
• The Department is seeking highly motivated academic Emergency Physicians to join our dynamic faculty
• Jacobi EM is responsible for running Jacobi's regional snake-bite center and a multi-person hyperbaric treatment facility that treat elective and emergency cases.
• The Department has active programs in ultrasound, simulation, hyperbaric, toxicology / addiction care, public health & advocacy, global health, education and research. The Department is looking to recruit faculty with these subspecialty niches and others.
• Successful candidates will be highly committed to excellence in patient care, education and promoting scholarship to enhance the mission of the Department.

Qualifications

Wages and Benefits include :

Annual Base Salary : $284,678

The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $425,246

Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
