Entry-Level Client Associate

The Client Associate is an entry-level position focused on supporting client relationships and the execution of marketing and event campaigns. This role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in event marketing, client services, or experiential marketing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist senior account managers and event coordinators in planning, organizing, and executing events.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients under supervision, helping to manage communications and expectations.
• Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, vendor management, and onsite support.
• Support creation of marketing materials, proposals, and client presentations.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
• Help manage client databases and CRM tools to maintain accurate records.
• Attend events to assist with setup, registration, and client engagement.
• Assist with post-event reporting and client follow-ups.
