This is a full-time position providing Program Management support including maintaining communication, interfacing with clients, and providing guidance for building operational plans and measurable outcomes to meet strategic goals. Position Title :
- Program Manager Program / Contract Support : Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP) Location : Defense Health Agency Headquarters, Falls Church, VA This is an on-site position.
- Candidates must reside within a commutable distance of Falls Church, VA and be able to start work on-site within 2 weeks of offer acceptance. The Program Manager shall serve as the primary interface between the Contractor and Government for all contract execution matters supporting the Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP).
- The Program Manager shall be responsible for overall program management, technical oversight, quality assurance, and timely delivery of all contract requirements.
- This position ensures successful coordination of complex, interrelated tasks while maintaining alignment with ASBP mission requirements and Department of Defense objectives.
Job Description :
Organize, direct, manage, and review the technical and administrative aspects of all deliverables under this contract.Oversee execution of multiple complex and interrelated project tasks.Serve as the primary point of contact for Government leadership and contracting personnel.Maintain and facilitate clear communication channels between Government stakeholders, contractor personnel, and company partners.Coordinate and lead meetings with Government and contractor personnel to formulate, review, and refine task plans and deliverables.Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, timelines, and performance standards.Provide strategic planning support to assist the Government in developing and refining mission and vision statements.Support goal delineation and performance objective development aligned with ASBP operational priorities.Provide guidance to assigned personnel in the development of operational plans.Establish measurable outcomes and performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.Support capital planning efforts and assist in prioritizing initiatives to align with strategic objectives.Qualifications Education :
Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field OR in lieu of a bachelor's degree, a minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience. Experience : Minimum of three (3) years of program management experience Demonstrated experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or military and / or civilian customers Must be a United States citizen and able to meet all applicable Government security, background investigation, and installation access requirements Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities : The Program Manager shall demonstrate : Ability to manage complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and technical disciplines.Experience interfacing with senior-level DoD leadership.Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic planning skills.Ability to translate strategic objectives into executable operational plans.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Experience managing deliverables in a regulated or compliance-driven environment.Proficiency in coordinating cross-functional teams and partner organizations.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Resolution Think offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package including :
