Pricing Analyst

Role Overview : As a Pricing Analyst, you'll support the development and maintenance of pricing models for custom products. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure pricing decisions align with company goals and customer expectations, while helping drive growth and margin improvement.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement pricing strategies tailored to specific customer needs.
• Analyze financial data to support pricing decisions and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Generate new pricing proposals for custom products to support business expansion.
• Maintain documentation of pricing rationale and data sources using internal systems.
• Provide timely and accurate pricing information to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate pricing assumptions and prioritize requests.
• Assess pricing across product lines to ensure competitive positioning.
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance pricing processes and department efficiency.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 2+ years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools. Ability to work collaboratively across teams with a customer-focused mindset.

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Francis, WI.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
