Vaco is seeking a Controller in Central Pheonix, Arizona! Our client is a rapidly growing, PE backed organization who is looking for hands on leadership.

Responsibilities include :

Build out and organize accounting processes

Oversee month end close and preparation of financial statements

Communicate findings with senior management to influence business decisions

Manage multi-entity accounting operations

Coach, develop, and mentor direct reports

Requirements :

CPA License (Highly Preferred)

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (Required)

Foreign Currency Experience

Experience in a high growth company

Strong Leadership Experience managing and developing large teams

Willingness to go 5 days on site

Salary $190k (plus bonus)
