Director of Demand Planning

A company is looking for a Director of Demand Planning.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of a 24-month rolling demand forecast and ensure forecast accuracy

Analyze consumer demand, including statistical forecasting and lifecycle management

Manage and develop a team of Demand Planners, enhancing their skills and career growth

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of relevant work experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in a planning function, preferably in retail

Strong analytical and data management skills, including advanced Excel proficiency

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
