Job Summary
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Vantage Care, you will provide daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with each resident’s assessment and care plan. This role offers the opportunity to be an integral part of a caring, dedicated team.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, feeding, and ambulation
Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
Document care, food, and fluid intake accurately
Assist with transfers, positioning, and transport
Maintain clean and safe resident living areas
Support nurses and interdisciplinary team members
Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Maintain resident confidentiality and regulatory compliance
