Program Assistant

The Center for Family and Child Enrichment (CFCE) is dedicated to help children and their families by providing the right services and solutions based on individual needs. CFCE is constantly evolving to better support our community.

As a Program Assistant, you will provide secretarial support to the Behavioral team to achieve required goals.

Some of the Functions Include :

  • Organize and assemble material needed for groups, workshops, meetings, trainings, etc.
  • Attend meetings, take and transcribe minutes, agendas, distribute minutes and maintain the official records
  • Process admission forms
  • Coordinate exit surveys and assist with the delivery of on-site service to students
  • Monitors program data collection, assists with preparation of program activities
  • Compose correspondences for management's signature, either from general instructions or information obtained from researching documents
  • Maintains calendar, schedule and sign in / sign out log
  • Monitors office supply inventory, prepare requisitions for supplies, printing and other services
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive filing system
  • Preserve and safeguard the confidentiality of CFCE and client records.

    • Minimum Education :

  • High School Diploma

    • Minimum Experience :

  • Two (2) years of administrative support experience, preferably with office management responsibilities

    • Skills Needed :

  • Must type a minimum of 35 45 wpm
  • Strong Time Management and organizational skills
