The role serves as a key operational and systems support partner within the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring seamless execution of recruitment processes and optimal use of technology platforms. This position acts as a subject matter expert in the applicant tracking system (ATS), facilitates communication between stakeholders, and enhances the candidate experience from application to onboarding. The role also contributes to process improvement initiatives, supports compliance and documentation standards, and coordinates logistics for candidate interviews and agency partnerships. With a strong focus on efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement, this position plays a critical role in enabling a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities

Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Support

• Serve as a subject matter expert in the ATS, ensuring optimal and compliant system usage.
• Create and manage requisitions, ensuring completeness and proper documentation.
• Monitor requisition approvals and escalate delays as needed.
• Represent Talent Acquisition in technical implementation projects, translating business needs to technical teams.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $28.49 and $47.48 per hour and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
