Central Supply Tech

Vista Medical Center is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Supply Coordinator to support our patient care units and departments. This role is responsible for ensuring that supplies are adequately stocked and maintained, contributing to the smooth functioning of clinical areas.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries and prioritize incoming orders.

• Prepare and package various kits, instruments, and equipment.

• Count, monitor, and maintain supply PAR levels for assigned units.

• Use computer systems to maintain CSPD inventory stock.

• Assemble and deliver orders to clinical areas.

• Restock supply rooms to ensure that items are readily available.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

• Good communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
