Structure Resources is seeking a high performing Traveling Electrical Superintendent. Our client is an Iowa based Electrical Contractor specializing in commercial and industrial projects. Datacenter and industrial electrical experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure the project is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and client expectations.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce safety regulations on-site.
• Monitor and manage project costs, including tracking expenses and ensuring that the project remains on budget.
• Work closely with the project manager to track project progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to the client.
• Ensure that all construction permits and inspections are in compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Address and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays and minimize disruptions to the project schedule.
