Illinois Licensed Menopause Provider

A company is looking for a Menopause Provider (CNM or WHNP) with an IL license.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee medical care and improve clinical outcomes for empaneled patients

Review complex patient cases and develop evidence-based care plans

Lead the development of medical protocols related to menopause care and participate in quality improvement efforts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Must be licensed to practice as an APP in IL

A minimum of 3 years of menopause experience, including hormone therapy management

Commitment to studying for the Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) exam

Experience working with interdisciplinary teams and using data to drive patient outcomes

CNM or WHNP with significant menopause care experience and an active APP license
