Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal : IL state RN license, American Heart Assoc or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, PALS

Minimum Experience : 2 yrs

Charting Experience Required : EPIC required

Required Skillset : Remote tele, chest tubes, NG / PEG tubes, straight cath / Foleys, ostomies, Heparin drips, blood / blood product administration, tracheostomy, PCA

Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio) : 22 bed unit, medical and surgical patients, 5 : 1 ratio (4 : 1 primary nursing)
